About Us

Our family purchased land in the Keys in the 1970’s. We’ve seen how the Keys have changed. We lived in NYC and when COVID hit, we finally decided to develop our family land. We found there to be no transparency regarding the building process and our General Contractor despite having an extensive real estate background. We were definitely charged a “non-local” tax until we took hold of the project. We learned so much and want to help others avoid the landmines we hit. Building can be easy if you know how to navigate it and find reliable, trustworthy partners.
